My passion - and privilege - is to accompany and support others in navigating life - helping them discover purpose and meaning; work through challenges; develop as leaders; and experience greater wholeness on the journey.

Nina has a Master of Arts degree in Spiritual Formation & Leadership, along with a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministries.

She holds certifications in: 

- Spiritual Transformation

- Christian Spiritual Direction

- Conflict Coaching / Mediation

- Enneagram Training and Coaching (Narrative tradition)

- StrengthsFinder Training

- Human Resources Management

Additionally, she has extensive human resources experience, stemming from years of service within a variety of organizational settings. Nina is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Nina has served as a board member and officer for several non-profit organizations. She currently serves as a board member for a ministry serving Christian leaders.
